Refund & Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION
To avoid late cancellation, you must cancel your reservation 12 hours before the start of your class. You can cancel your reservation by calling TREMBLE reception or by logging into your account on the application/website.
Early Cancel: You can cancel your reservation by logging into our live online scheduler and canceling your session at least 12 hours before the start of your scheduled class time. Your prepaid session will then remain in your account for the next time you would like to schedule a class.
Late Cancel: Classes not canceled 12 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a late cancel fee of 100 SAR.
No Show: If you late cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show, you will be deducted from your remaining sessions balance which can not be refunded or credited
A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients.
FOOTWEAR
Grip socks are required during all classes at Tremble. You can purchase grip socks from the studio.
CELL PHONES
Kindly avoid the use of cellphones during class as it is distracting to both the instructor and clients. We also ask that you do not film while class is in session. Make sure that your phone is on silent.
Packages
You can purchase a package from our website or at our studio. Membership and packages do not roll over and must be used before the expiry dates.
Unused classes will not be credited to your account once the package expires.
Packages start from the date of first class booking.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on any single classes, class packages, or memberships.
We do not offer extensions on single classes, class packages, or memberships.
I hereby release and discharge Tremble Studio and its owners, employees, and instructors from any, and all claims and liabilities that may arise from or relate to my participation in any activity at Tremble Studio. This includes, but is not limited to any personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, whether caused by the negligence of the studio or otherwise.
I confirm that I am in good health and physical condition, and that I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the activities offered at Tremble Studio. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Tremble Studio to obtain medical assistant or treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am fully responsible for any medical expenses that may result.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this waiver and release, and that I am voluntarily agreeing to its provisions.
